We work with families who need flexibility—including athletes, performers, medical cases, and independent learners—while maintaining clear academic standards and accountability.

Our Academic Pathway
Clear progression. No guesswork.
Primary (Grade 1–7):

Lower Secondary (Form 1–2):
Structured progression toward O Level
O Level (Form 3–4):
Extended curriculum across core subjects
A Level (Form 5–6):

How Our System Works
Our system is simple:
Assignments → Submission → Feedback → Progress
Key Structure:
Assignments issued weekly (Monday, 07:00 CAT)
Clear submission deadlines
Feedback within 4 working days
Catch-up weeks are built into each term
Parental Role (Non-Negotiable):
Check progress weekly
Ask what has been completed
Step in immediately if work is missing
Communicate issues with the school
If work isn’t submitted and no one intervenes, progress stalls.
Flexibility doesn’t replace responsibility.
Our Partnership Model
Cambridge Online School works through a three-part partnership:

All new students complete academic assessments prior to placement.
Assessment Structure

Grade 1 – Form 2: English, Mathematics
O Level: Subject-specific assessments
A Level: Based on verified O Level results
Assessment Fee: USD $25 per subject
Tuition Fees
USD $175 per month
(Termly payment preferred)
Tuition ensures:

Timely feedback
Ongoing academic guidance
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requires one full calendar month’s notice.
This month is paid separately from regular tuition, as we:
Prepare a formal letter for your child’s next school
Summarise student and parent engagement
Close and document the learning pathway within our system
This ensures a smooth transition and protects academic continuity.
